Romania, Predeal, 27 february – 2 march 2012

În săptămâna 27 februarie – 2 martie Predealul a găzduit tineri din Estonia, Japonia, Brazilia, Cehia, Polonia, Costa Rica, Pakistan, Malaesia, Nigeria, Uzbekistan, Columbia, Franta și Azerbadjian.

Acești tineri împreună cu alți tineri români vor participa în calitate de formatori în cadrul programului GROW, un program educațional de 6 săptămâni dedicat liceenilor din 14 orase din Romania.

Pregatirea în cadrul conferinței a fost realizata de traineri cu experienta, din cadrul, Scoala de Valori, AIESEC si companiile partenere.

În cadrul conferinței, formatorii au învățat cum să adopte o atitudine constructivă și si-au dezvoltat prin simulări și ateliere practice: proactivitatea, abilitățile de management de proiect, eficiența personală, prezentare în public si multe altele. Toate acestea împreună cu descoperirea și înțelegerea valorilor personale și a valorilor culturale românești vor fi și temele activităților de care se vor bucura elevii participanți la programul GROW in aceasta primăvară.

The World Wide Weekend is a public event where the participants of Grow together with the international trainers from the program do their best to represent different countries from the world.
